Our aircraft are maintained to a high standard and equipped with all necessary safety equipment according to Transport Canada requirements. Our pilots are trained and experienced on their aircraft as well as in the environment in which they fly. All ground personnel are educated and knowledgeable about proper ground safety and passenger briefings and a mandatory WHMIS training policy is in effect for all front line staff. In our quest to maximize safety, West Caribou Air is the first float operator in Ontario to make it mandatory for all passengers to wear a pfd while on board our float equipped aircraft.
