Outposts + Lodges
West Caribou Air Service offers charter service to a variety of fly-in fishing lodges in Northwestern Ontario. Remote, Self Catering or All Inclusive fishing lodges and outposts are accessible by float plane only. We will provide you with safe, prompt and reliable air charter service to the outpost or camp of your choice. WCA has become the leading service provider and has acquired 99% of the charter business in the Savant Lake area. As we expand our service area, we will continue to provide a superior service to all guests year after year. WCA does not own/operate our own camps. We are strictly an air charter company, so as guests of our customers’ camp, you can be sure that our priority is you. Our air charter service is 100% wheelchair accessible and our staff is more than happy to assist you to and from the aircraft.
Arrival, Scheduling + Payment Options
Arrive at least one hour in advance of your departure time. It takes about one hour for pilot introductions, for your pre-flight safety briefing and to weigh and load the gear on the aircraft. Contact us for accommodation options available for overnighting prior to an early morning departure. We accept cash in Canadian and American funds, interact, personal cheques, Master Card and Visa. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards.
Bait + Licences
We have both licences and bait available. Minnows are available by the gallon, ½ gallon, ¼ gallon or dozen. Leeches are available by the pound and worms are available by the tub (1 dozen) or flat (40 dozen).
